Deposit Agreement
I acknowledge that I am putting a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00
on the puppy of my choice.
I acknowledge that I am choosing a Male / Female Puppy and that I am
#________ on the list.
In the event my the sex of my puppy is not born , I will be refunded my money or I am free to choose to be placed on the next litter’s waiting list for another puppy.
I acknowledge that I will need to choose my puppy on the weekend of _________________, 2009 and that no one is allowed on the premesis of Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers until any and all puppies reach 4 weeks of age. I understand that once I choose my puppy, it will be identified at all times by a colored I.D. band until it leaves the premesis of Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers. I also understand that once I choose my puppy, the puppy I have chosen is mine and cannot be "exchanged."
I acknowledge that my puppy will not be allowed to leave the premesis of Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers until the age of 8 weeks old, and until the remaining balance of $________ is paid in full.
The last payment cannot be made with a personal check on the day you are taking your puppy home.
I also acknowledge that my puppy’s tail is docked, dewclaws are removed and that the first round of puppy vaccines and dewormer will be given.
I acknowledge that when my puppy comes home he/she will have a 72 hour guarantee in which time I need to have him/her examined by a licensed veterinarian.
I understand that my puppy may not be returned to Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers for any other reason, other than health concerns found by a licensed veterinarian; with my expectation of a refund. Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers is not liable for your puppy not working out in your home... for example, not getting along with other household pets. These are issues that need to be considered before aquiring any new pets for your home.
If you choose to not have your puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours, all health guarantees are thereby forfeited.
I acknowledge that my puppy will be registered with the American Kennel Club before he/she goes home. I understand that I will be given his/her papers at the time he/she is picked up and that I will have to transfer ownership on my puppy with the American Kennel Club.
In the event that my puppy’s papers have not be received by the time I take my puppy home, I understand that my puppy’s papers will be mailed to me using the address I have given Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers on my purchase agreement.
I understand that I need to furnish Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers, with pictures of my puppy at 6 & 12 months of age and at those times I also need to submit his/her statistics. (ex. weight, height & temperament.)

I understand the statutes set forth in the purchase agreement and will abide by them.
