Purchase Agreement
Congratulations on the purchase of your new puppy!
We, at Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers, guarantee the health of your new puppy for 72 hours from the time of purchase. Within this time period it is up to you to see your veterinarian for a full health exam. If you do not see your veterinarian during this time, Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers will not be held responsible for any health concerns.
If during the exam, a genetic health problem is found, Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers will replace your puppy with a new one or refund your money upon your request,
when the puppy is returned to us.
Again, I must stress that if your puppy is not seen in the first 72 hours, all guarantees are thereby forfeited.
Refunds will not be given for environmental problems with your puppy; for example: Your new puppy does not get along with another household animal, Your puppy went potty in the house, You didn't realize what a commitment a puppy is... etc.
We are here to help with any concerns or questions that you may have and you are welcome to contact us regarding these issues and we will supply the best advice possible, before and after purchase of your puppy.
We recommend that your puppy be enrolled in a basic obedience class after the 12 week old mark, this is entirely your decision but it is highly recommended. Your puppy will need you to be the authority figure, and there is no better way to establish this than working with him/her on obedience.
Your puppy has been eating Purina Pro Plan Puppy, and we recommend you continue him on this for the first year of his/her life. Due to the rapid growth in Rottweilers they need a high quality puppy food to support their growing bones and muscles. This is very important in their development! We are sending you home with one day’s rationing of this brand of dog food so that you can continue his feedings without interruption.
After the year mark, we recommend that you feed your puppy Purina Pro Plan Adult dry dog food. Of course, these are things you can discuss with your veterinarian and together you can decide what is best for your new puppy.
We hope you enjoy your puppy as much as we have!
We also ask that you supply Wächter Von Der Burg Rottweilers, with pictures of your puppy at 6 & 12 months of age along with his/her stats (ex. weight, height, & temperament). This can be done through the mail or through email. Your cooperation is appreciated!
